1. How to Request Deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account directly on this page on the website. If the direct deletion option is unavailable to you, or if you need help with an app account, you may also contact humanorbot.team@gmail.com.

If you contact us by email, include enough information to identify the account you want deleted. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

2. What May Be Deleted

  • Account records and profile information associated with the deleted account.
  • Draft packs, unpublished uploads, and other user-scoped content or metadata that we control and can remove.
  • Gameplay progress, likes, credits, preferences, and other account-linked service data, subject to technical, contractual, and legal constraints.

3. What May Be Retained

Published community packs may remain available after account deletion so other players can continue using community content. In that case, the author fields are replaced with a deleted-author label and the pack is no longer linked to the deleted account.

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, security, financial reconciliation, or other legitimate and lawful reasons.

Public references, cached copies, derived statistics, or data already shared with third-party platforms may persist for a limited time or where removal is not technically or legally feasible.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel purchases, subscriptions, or payment records handled by an app store, RevenueCat, web billing, or another third-party payment platform. You may need to manage refunds, cancellation, or purchase history directly through the relevant provider or store account.
