1. User Responsibility for Rights

Find the Difference allows users to create, upload, generate, publish, and share community packs, images, songs, audio, prompts, and related gameplay content. Users are responsible for making sure they have all rights needed before submitting or publishing content.

Do not upload, generate, publish, or share content that copies or uses third-party images, songs, recordings, characters, brands, artwork, likenesses, private information, or other protected material unless you have the necessary rights or a valid legal basis.

2. Rights Granted for Published Content

When a user publishes content, the user grants Find the Difference the rights described in the Terms of Service, including the right to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, display, perform, distribute, promote, monetize, and make that content available to other users and the public through the service.

Published packs, images, and songs may be visible and playable by other users. Public availability does not mean that other users own the content or may use it outside the service unless the uploader or applicable law gives them that right.

3. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Find the Difference infringes your copyright or other rights, contact humanorbot.team@gmail.com.

Please include enough information for us to review the report: your name and contact details, the URL or identifier of the content, a description of the rights you claim, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, and any supporting information that helps us assess the request.

If you are sending a formal notice under a specific legal process, include the information required by applicable law, such as a physical or electronic signature, identification of the protected work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

4. Review and Action

We may remove, hide, disable, restrict, or demote content while reviewing a report or where we believe action is appropriate. We may also contact the uploader, request more information, reject incomplete or abusive reports, restore content where appropriate, or take other action required by law or platform rules.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal. Some uses may be lawful, licensed, permitted by an exception, or outside our control.

5. Repeat Infringers and Abuse

Accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly submit unlawful, abusive, or rights-violating content may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

False, misleading, abusive, automated, or bad-faith reports may be rejected and may lead to restrictions on reporting or account access.

6. No Legal Clearance

Find the Difference does not provide legal clearance for uploaded, generated, or published content. Users who need certainty about commercial use, licensing, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or music rights should obtain their own legal advice and permissions.
