Community Content and Acceptable Use

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload, create, generate, submit, share, publish, or otherwise make available. This includes images, songs, audio files, prompts, pack names, descriptions, puzzle content, and related metadata.

Only submit content you have the right to use, publish, and license to Find the Difference and its users under the Terms of Service. If you are unsure whether you have the necessary rights, do not upload or publish the content.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Illegal, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
• Unlicensed copyrighted images, songs, recordings, artwork, characters, brands, logos, or other protected material.
• AI prompts or generated content that intentionally imitate protected artists, songs, characters, brands, private people, or third-party works in a way that may violate rights or platform rules.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, or harmful conduct.
• Spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, or attempts to interfere with the service.
• Content that is unsafe, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for a broad public audience.

3. Visibility and Moderation

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that violates these rules is removed, and accounts responsible for it may be suspended or permanently banned.

Community content may be visible to other users or the public. We may review, moderate, hide, restrict, demote, remove, or disable any content or account where we consider it reasonably necessary for legal, safety, operational, policy, or service-protection reasons.

4. License for Community Content

By submitting community content, you grant us the rights described in the Terms of Service, including the right to host, reproduce, process, adapt, display, perform, distribute, promote, monetize, moderate, and otherwise operate the service in connection with that content.

Published packs, images, and songs may be visible, playable, streamable, and interactive for other users and the public through the service. Users may play, view, listen to, and interact with that content as part of the service, but may not use it outside the service unless they have independent rights or permission.

5. Reporting

To report content or conduct issues, use the in-product report feature where available or contact humanorbot.team@gmail.com. We may request additional information before taking action.

In the mobile apps you can also block an author. Their packs are then hidden from you immediately and the pack is sent to our moderation team for review. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
